Free Returns

Items purchased on AlfredSung.Com are eligible for FREE RETURNS online.

If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it with its original packaging by shipping it back to our warehouse. Refunds and exchanges are not permitted after the allowable 30-day return period. Please make sure that the product(s) are not worn, washed or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if it appears the product was not returned in its original state, with packaging intact.

30-Day Policy

Standard merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, issued to the original tender.

Return or Exchange Process

1. To begin the return process, identify items and create a prepaid return shipping label, using the Interactive Returns Process.
2. Complete interactive returns form by submitting the quantity and reason for each return.
3. Prepare your package by placing the completed invoice, and your return into the package. Use original packaging if possible. Seal package securely. Affix your return shipping label to the packaging. Ensure that no other tracking labels are shown.
4. Ship your package by taking it to a postal drop off location.

Non-Medical Face Masks

All non-medical face mask sales are final.

Blazers & Custom Orders

All blazers and custom orders, including monogram orders are final sale and not eligible for a return or exchange, except for manufacturing defects.
